Due to the current COVID-19 situation our camp facilities are temporarily closed to the public. We are still planning all summer activities at this point and we invite you to continue registering your campers for this summer!

Here at Bliss Summit we are continually monitoring the situation in the state of New York in regard to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are preparing to follow the guidelines presented by the CDC to best ensure everyone’s’ safety. Should we have our overnight camps this summer we will be implementing extra cleaning measures and other procedures to help prevent the spread of the virus during camp and in between camp weeks. Our first priority is the safety and health of our campers and staff.
We are trusting God as this pandemic unfolds and seeking His guidance. That being said, we are taking a wait and see approach and are not ready to cancel our summer camp weeks as we are still about 8 weeks out from our summer ministries going into full swing. We will be making a decision about our Discovery Camp weekend (June 12-14) in the next couple weeks and we are seeking wisdom and discernment from the Lord as we consider all the information that is being made available from the state and CDC.
The best way to stay up to date on any cancellations or changes will be to check back to our website and like us on Facebook. If you have a camper or staff member that is already planning to attend Bliss Summit this summer in some capacity, you will receive an email in the event we have to cancel or make changes.
We realize that thinking and planning for the summer months is difficult right now. To assist our camp families, we have removed the registration fee the is normally required to register your camper. In addition, everyone will receive the early registration discount this year. You may register your camper online (but it will require a $5 payment that we are not able to get around), but we encourage you to register your camper by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that camp is canceled this summer we will have 3 options for money that has already been paid to Bliss Summit:
If you are considering sending your child to camp, consider that all pre-registrations that we receive will greatly help us to identify the size of staff that we will need each week to ensure your camper has a wonderful camp experience.
At this point, we are moving forward with all plans to operate camp as was planned this summer. We believe that sharing the love of Christ through camp ministry is so important for our campers, staff and their families. We also know that campers (and staff) will NEED camp this summer if it is at all possible. Please be flexible as we are trying to make the best decision possible and please pray with us for guidance during this time.
If you have any additional questions or comments, we invite you to contact us at email@example.com
